Come and join a friendly group of mums & babies for a baby massage or yoga class. Have a cup of tea, a chat and make some lovely new friends.

We are based in Winchmore Hill, N21, North London and run classes three days per week.

Hello!

I'm Amy, a mum of two beautiful and energetic boys. I'm also a qualified Pregnancy Yoga/Postnatal Yoga and Developmental Baby Massage instructor.

Some of you may already know me and may have even attended one or two of the many classes I have run. I may have met you when you were expecting at one of my Yoga classes and been lucky enough to welcome you to a Baby Massage class.

I took a little break from the classes when I started my own family. Now my boys, Oliver & Sebastian are a little older, I feel I have the time to enjoy my passion of working with expectant and new parents.

Most of my sessions are run from a warm and welcoming home, one of my mums describes my home as "a little oxytocin bubble".

One to one sessions in the comfort of your own home are also available.
